• Weekly coaching check-ins – Submit a short update each week and receive personalized feedback, guidance, plan adjustments, and ongoing accountability from your coach. No generic responses or cookie-cutter coaching.

• Monthly coaching support sessions – Depending on your program tier, you’ll receive either one or two private 20-minute Mental Wellness Sessions with our Registered Social Worker to support mindset, stress management, behavior change, emotional wellness, and long-term success.

• Custom nutrition & lifestyle plan – Tailored to your goals, schedule, preferences, and lifestyle, with ongoing adjustments to keep progress realistic, sustainable, and effective.

• Structured exercise program – A progressive strength and fitness plan designed around your experience level, goals, schedule, and available equipment.
