St. James – our main hub with recurring strength + HIIT classes, plus 8-week programs
West Kildonan – NEW! 8-Week Full Body Strength for Beginners (Oct. 2 – Nov. 20, max 5 women per class)
Stonewall – NEW! 8-Week Bootcamp (starts Oct. 27, Mondays at 6:30 PM)
