Our in-person sessions combine structured fitness training, personalized nutrition guidance, weekly planning, and real conversation in a welcoming, supportive studio environment. Fitness training is a core part of in-person coaching. Sessions are coached in real time to build strength, confidence, and proper technique, with adaptations made as bodies change or injuries arise. You’ll work hard, feel challenged, and train with purpose — not just show up and move.

This session is designed to give you clarity and direction — not to rush you into a decision.

During your consultation, you will:

  • Talk through nutrition, training experience, injuries, and lifestyle factors

  • Discuss stress, sleep, and consistency barriers that may be impacting progress

  • Ask questions and get clear, honest guidance on next steps

This is also where we assess whether in-person coaching is the right fit for you and, if so, outline how we would approach your training, nutrition, and weekly structure moving forward.

The goal of this session is to understand you — so any plan that follows is realistic, personalized, and sustainable.
