In-Person Coaching
for Women

For many women, the hardest part of health isn’t knowing what to do, it’s doing it consistently, feeling supported, and not carrying it alone.

If you’ve felt overwhelmed by nutrition, unsure about training, or tired of trying to figure everything out on your own, in-person coaching offers something no screen ever can: real connection, real accountability, and real support.

At Infinity, in-person coaching is about more than workouts. It’s about having a place to show up each week, talk things through, make a plan, and move forward — one step at a time.

REAL CLIENT TRANSFORMATION: Nancy’s Story Says It Better Than We Can

Nancy was 52 when she first came to us, balancing life as a full-time solo mom, running a demanding career, and navigating the changes that come with perimenopause. Like many women, she knew what she should be doing, but struggled to stay consistent and see it through on her own.

Over time, that changed. In 9 months, Nancy lost over 17 pounds, 18+ inches across her body, and built real, noticeable strength. More importantly, she became more consistent, more confident, and more in control of her body than she had felt in years.

This is what in-person coaching is designed to do—help you stop guessing, stay consistent, and finally see results that last.

Women choose in-person coaching because they value connection, accountability, and hands-on support alongside clear direction.

Our in-person sessions combine structured fitness training, personalized nutrition guidance, weekly planning, and real conversation in a welcoming, supportive studio environment. It’s a space where you can ask questions, talk things through, and feel supported — while still being appropriately challenged.

You’ll receive:

  • Hands-on fitness coaching so you know exactly what to do and how to do it effectively

  • A personalized workout plan to follow outside of sessions, removing guesswork between appointments

  • Nutrition guidance that provides structure and clarity, without restriction or toxic diet culture

  • Weekly planning that breaks progress into realistic, manageable steps

  • Ongoing support around stress, sleep, and consistency as part of the process

Fitness training is a core part of in-person coaching. Sessions are coached in real time to build strength, confidence, and proper technique, with adaptations made as bodies change or injuries arise. You’ll work hard, feel challenged, and train with purpose — not just show up and move.

The in-person setting also creates a sense of presence and focus that many women find grounding and motivating. Showing up to a dedicated space, being seen, and being supported week to week helps build consistency and confidence over time.

Many women tell us this is the first time they’ve felt supported, confident, and clear about their health — without feeling overwhelmed or alone.

Why In-Person Coaching Makes the Difference

All in-person coaching at Infinity begins with a 1-hour consultation.

This session is designed to give you clarity and direction — not to rush you into a decision.

During your consultation, you will:

  • Meet your coach and get a feel for the space

  • Review your health history and current challenges in a supportive, judgment-free setting

  • Talk through nutrition, training experience, injuries, and lifestyle factors

  • Discuss stress, sleep, and consistency barriers that may be impacting progress

  • Ask questions and get clear, honest guidance on next steps

This is also where we assess whether in-person coaching is the right fit for you and, if so, outline how we would approach your training, nutrition, and weekly structure moving forward.

The goal of this session is to understand you — so any plan that follows is realistic, personalized, and sustainable.
