Registered Nurse, MSN (Master of Science in Nursing)
Certified Personal Trainer

Lifetime Athlete | Holistic Health Advocate

Crys brings over 25 years of experience as a dedicated bodybuilder and lifelong athlete, alongside nearly two decades as a Registered Nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing. Her clinical career—supporting patients through acute and chronic conditions—sparked a passion for holistic, proactive health.

In 2013, Crys became a Certified Personal Trainer, blending her medical expertise with fitness coaching to help clients take a sustainable, evidence-based approach to wellness.

Her journey is deeply personal. Crys has navigated major health challenges, including a military career-ending traumatic brain injury, a shattered leg in rugby, endometriosis, depression, PTSD, PCOS, chronic insomnia, fertility struggles, and more. This lived experience gives her a profound understanding of how physical, mental, and emotional health are interconnected, and how setbacks can impact overall well-being.

As a coach, Crys meets clients where they are, whether in a fully equipped gym or a living room floor. She does not believe in “all-or-nothing” approaches; instead, she focuses on consistency, recovery, and working within life’s busy seasons to create meaningful, lasting progress.

Her athletic background includes bodybuilding competitions, competitive swimming, and ongoing rugby, but her most significant shift came when she learned to prioritize rest, recovery, and balance. Guided by coaching herself, she improved sleep, reduced chronic pain, managed stress, and achieved more sustainable results.

Now, Crys brings all of this experience into her Nurse-Led Coaching, offering clients:

  • Clinical insight to understand labs, symptoms, and overall health

  • Fitness guidance for strength, mobility, and sustainable training

  • Nutrition support tailored to hormones, energy, and lifestyle

  • Holistic wellness strategies including stress management, sleep, and recovery

She is passionate about helping clients build strength not just in their bodies, but in their lives, guiding women through perimenopause, chronic conditions, and everyday health challenges.
