Meet Tristin

A woman with blonde, wavy hair, wearing a black T-shirt that reads 'Infinity Nutrition & Health Coaching,' smiling and standing against a plain white background.

Online Weight Loss Coach | Certified Personal Trainer & Health Coach
Trauma-informed, sustainable weight loss focus

Hey, I'm Tristin — and I want to help you finally make this the last time you start over.

I'm a certified personal trainer and health coach with 10+ years of experience helping busy women lose weight in a way that actually sticks. Not a quick fix. Not another plan that works great until real life happens. Real, lasting results — built around your life.

I get it more than most coaches do. I'm a mom of two, nearing 40, and I've lived through ADHD, gestational diabetes, postpartum depression, and gaining over 60 pounds after pregnancy. I know what it feels like to do everything "right" and still feel stuck. I know how different your body feels after kids, hormone shifts, and years of putting everyone else first. That's not a willpower problem — that's a strategy problem. And that's exactly what we fix together.

Here's what I bring to the table: deep expertise in sustainable weight loss, strength training, simplified nutrition, and how hormones affect everything — your energy, your hunger, your results. I don't guess. I don't give you a cookie-cutter plan and wish you luck. I give you structure, clarity, and real accountability so you can stop spinning your wheels and start seeing progress that makes sense.

Women come to me when they're tired. Tired of starting over, tired of white-knuckling diets, tired of shrinking their life to lose weight. They leave with a body they're proud of, habits that actually fit their life, and the confidence to keep going — even on the hard days.

If you're ready to stop waiting for the "perfect time" and start building something real — I want to work with you.

Tristin is accepting new coaching clients. Apply for online coaching with her below.

Meet Zoey

Woman with long black hair wearing a black headband and a black zip-up jacket with 'Infinty' logo, smiling, standing against a white background.

Certified Personal Trainer | Nutritionist | Performance Enhancement Coach

Zoey is a NASM-certified personal trainer with a strong passion for helping people build strength—both physically and mentally. She is currently expanding her education in nutrition and performance enhancement, allowing her to support clients with a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to training, fueling, and recovery.

As an experienced hybrid athlete, Zoey has trained across multiple disciplines including volleyball, weightlifting, pole dancing, and cardio-based performance training. She recently competed in her first HYROX, giving her hands-on insight into strength, endurance, mobility, and conditioning. This diverse background allows her to confidently coach clients with a wide range of goals and experience levels.

Finding the gym and committing to an active lifestyle played a major role in Zoey’s own journey, helping her build confidence, resilience, and a stronger mindset. That personal transformation is what fuels her passion for coaching and her desire to help others experience the same empowerment through movement.

Zoey believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellness. She prioritizes mental health and mindset alongside physical results, tailoring each program to fit her clients’ lifestyles, needs, and goals. Her coaching style is supportive, knowledgeable, and results-driven, with a focus on sustainable progress rather than quick fixes.

Now accepting new coaching clients.
If you’re looking for a Coach who genuinely invests in your long-term growth, Zoey is here to help you move stronger, feel better, and build lasting confidence.
