Meet Crystal
Registered Nurse, MSN (Master of Science in Nursing)
Certified Personal Trainer
Lifetime Athlete | Holistic Health Advocate
Crystal brings over 25 years of experience as a dedicated bodybuilder and lifelong athlete, along with nearly two decades in healthcare as a Registered Nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing.
Her career in nursing—supporting patients through both acute and chronic conditions—sparked a passion for holistic health. In 2013, she became a Certified Personal Trainer, blending clinical expertise with fitness coaching to help clients take a proactive, sustainable approach to their health.
Crystal’s journey is deeply personal. She has navigated significant health challenges, including a military career-ending traumatic brain injury, a shattered leg sustained in rugby, endometriosis, depression, PTSD, PCOS, chronic insomnia, fertility issues, and more. Her lived experience gives her a profound understanding of how physical, mental, and emotional health are interconnected—and how setbacks can deeply impact a person’s well-being.
As a coach, she believes in meeting people where they are. Whether it’s a fully equipped gym or a living room floor, she’s known for her creative, adaptable approach to fitness. Crystal does not subscribe to an “all-or-nothing” mindset. Instead, she emphasizes consistency, recovery, and working within life’s busy seasons to create meaningful progress.
Her athletic background includes bodybuilding competitions, competitive swimming, and ongoing participation in rugby. But the biggest shift in her personal wellness came when she learned to prioritize rest and recovery—recognizing the toll that hypervigilance, overtraining, and unaddressed stress can take. With the guidance of a coach, she began to focus on sleep, stress management, and overall balance, leading to improved mood, reduced chronic pain, and more sustainable results.
Crystal brings all of this experience—clinical and personal—into her coaching. She’s passionate about helping clients build strength not just in their bodies, but in their lives.
Ready to Get Started?
Crystal is now accepting new coaching clients. If you're ready to build a stronger, healthier, and more balanced version of yourself, book a call or consultation today to explore your next steps.
